Delete your AI เติม account

Tradegrow Pty Ltd, trading as AI Airtime, provides this page so customers can request deletion of their app account and associated data without needing to reinstall the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email legal@ai-airtime.co.za with the subject line "AI เติม account deletion request".
2. Include the email address or phone number on your account, your market or country, and whether you also want related AI chat and support data deleted.
3. If needed, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting or de-identifying data.
4. We will confirm receipt and normally complete eligible deletion or de-identification within 30 days.

What to expect

Deleting your account removes access to active service passes, saved chats, and account features. Unused usage units cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged, or converted into cash unless required by law.

Data deleted or de-identified

Account profile details such as email address, phone number, display name, language preference, and login identifiers where eligible.
Authentication sessions and refresh tokens controlled by AI Airtime.
AI prompts, responses, uploaded files, and saved conversation history associated with the account where eligible.
Support records and analytics identifiers that can reasonably be linked to the account.
Service pass usage records where they are not needed for legally required financial, security, or audit records.

Data we may keep and retention periods

Payment references, transaction records, tax, accounting, ledger, and settlement records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Security, fraud-prevention, rate-limit, abuse, audit, and operational logs may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer if needed for an active investigation, dispute, or legal requirement.
A limited record of the deletion request and our response may be kept for up to 24 months as proof that the request was handled.
Encrypted backups are overwritten on normal backup cycles, generally within 90 days.
Service providers that process account data for AI Airtime will be instructed to delete or de-identify applicable data where required and feasible.
