Privacy Notice
This notice explains how AI Airtime handles account, wallet, payment, and AI usage data for the customer PWA.

Information we collect
We collect the details needed to run your account, such as your email address, phone number, tenant, market, authentication session, wallet balance, ledger entries, bundle purchases, payment references, and support-related activity. When you use Ask AI, we process your prompt, AI response, selected mode, model/provider metadata, token usage, credits charged, and conversation history so the service can respond and show your balance accurately.
How we use information
We use your information to sign you in, protect your session, show your wallet, process purchases, meter AI usage, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, enforce credit balances, and provide tenant-level reporting. When analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, we may use referral, campaign, and ad click information to understand which campaigns led to sign-ups or purchases. We also use operational logs to investigate failed logins, failed purchases, blocked AI requests, suspicious usage, and service errors.
Payments
Card and wallet payment details are handled by configured payment providers such as PayFast or Stripe. AI Airtime stores payment status, transaction references, idempotency keys, and wallet-crediting records. It does not need to store full card numbers in the PWA.
Sharing
We share data only where needed to operate the platform: with your tenant administrator, payment providers, AI providers, infrastructure providers, and legal or security reviewers when required. We do not sell your prompts, wallet history, or account details.
Retention and control
We keep account, wallet, ledger, and compliance records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, detect fraud, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. You can contact support to request help with account access, correction, export, or deletion where the law and ledger-retention rules allow it.
