These terms describe the fair-use rules for buying AI airtime, using the AI chat experience, and keeping the platform reliable for everyone.

Prepaid AI credits
AI Airtime is prepaid. You buy bundles that add credits to your wallet. Credits are deducted when AI usage is completed and recorded in the ledger. Bundle expiry, daily limits, allowed models, and market pricing may differ by tenant and market.
Credit protection
The platform checks your wallet before AI requests and again before saving the final AI response. If the final provider cost would exceed your wallet balance or daily usage limit, the response is not returned or stored and no AI usage ledger entry is written.
Rate limits and fair use
To protect service quality, AI Airtime applies global request limits, sign-in protections, and AI-specific per-user and per-tenant limits. If you send too many requests, the app may ask you to wait before trying again. Do not use automation, credential stuffing, scraping, or abusive prompts that disrupt the service or other users.
AI responses
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, or safety-related decisions.
Payments and reversals
Purchases are processed through supported payment providers. If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is reversed, the wallet may not be credited or the related credits may be reversed through the ledger.
Account security
Keep your sign-in details safe. If your session expires, is forbidden, or looks invalid, the app will ask you to sign in again. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
